SIEOC is once again partnering with the Register Publications to bring the Warm The Children Program to Dearborn County. Parents or legal guardians of children who are between the ages of birth to age 18 who live in Dearborn County and are in need of new, warm winter clothing should come in during walk-in times to see if they are eligible. We’ll be doing walk-in appointments starting Monday, September 17th at our Aurora office location at 110 Importing Street.

The last day to register is Friday, October 26th. Please note that walk-in appointments will not be held on Monday, September 24th, Tuesday, September 25th, Wednesday, September 26th and Wednesday, October 10th.
Parents or legal guardians must apply in person and must have all required documentation at the time of registration. Applications will not be considered if required documentation isn’t provided. The following documentation is required to determine eligibility: • State issued ID for parent/legal guardian applying. • Each child's birth certificate or social security card or legal guardian documentation. • Recent piece of mail that’s been mailed to your home address within the last 3 months, such as a utility bill or a rental agreement • Proof of eligibility letter for government assistance. Acceptable programs include: food stamps or snap, cash assistance or TANF, Medicaid, Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Program or Free or Reduced school lunch.
